Since early 2025, management has passed into the hands of Girolamo, a young chef who, despite his young age, already has solid experience and great passion. He chose the name “LASSÙ” to celebrate our panoramic mid-mountain location and the breathtaking view from here.

Our restaurant offers an immersive experience in the surrounding landscape. You can choose to sit on the beautiful sun-kissed rooftop terrace, perfect for a meal with a view, or in the cozy indoor dining room, which comfortably seats about 30 people. Below the terrace, a lovely garden invites moments of relaxation and contemplation.

Girolamo's philosophy is based on respect for tradition and the enhancement of local flavors. His kitchen uses fresh, carefully selected products to offer you authentic dishes that are rich in flavor.
The menu offers the most beloved local specialties, such as the tasty Sciatt and the unmistakable Pizzoccheri, alongside great classics of Italian cuisine, with rich platters of local cured meats and cheeses and other tempting proposals that vary according to seasonality.
Our Services
Breakfast for Guests: For Old School guests, we serve a delicious “a la carte” breakfast by reservation from 8:00 to 9:30 am.
Open to All: The restaurant “LASSÙ” is also open to those who are not staying with us.
